Our company focuses on clear and complete paths for our customers. The roots of Spaulding Asset Solutions started as a child. Purchasing vintage and antique items while doing hours of research on each piece. 30 years of research eventually has grown into a passion. Over the years, my focus expanded to include all antiques and antique arms, which I sourced, authenticated, and sold internationally. These experiences built a strong foundation in valuation, market knowledge, and the complexities of moving valuable items.

My decision to specialize in estate sales and auctions stems from a personal experience. It all started with the passing of my grandfather, my family faced the daunting task of clearing five acres of property and multiple shops filled with tools, equipment, and personal belongings. The volume and emotional weight of the process were overwhelming. I took the lead in organizing, cataloging, and liquidating the estate, and in doing so, I recognized a clear need: many families in similar situations require professional assistance to navigate the process with efficiency, respect, and fairness.

That experience shaped the purpose of Not Just Auctions. My goal is to provide a straightforward, compassionate, and transparent service that simplifies estate liquidation for families during difficult transitions. Whether handling antiques, collectibles, farm equipment, vehicles, household goods, or tools, I manage every aspect—from inventory assessment and professional photography to online and live auctions—while ensuring maximum value and minimal stress for the client.
